Nissan and LiCAP Partner for Sustainable EV Batteries

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Nissan and LiCAP Technologies have formed a strategic alliance to advance sustainable electric vehicle battery production. The partnership will utilize LiCAP’s dry electrode process, which eliminates harmful chemicals from manufacturing. This initiative supports Nissan’s long-term sustainability goals by improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

Dr. Linda Zhong, CEO of LiCAP Technologies, stated, “This partnership marks a significant step toward the commercialization of cleaner, safer battery technologies.”
